Heather Rarick, RN, BSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Michigan. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Michigan in 2002 continuing on to complete a Master's degree from Chamberlain University. Heather has been specializing in Wound and Burn care for 14 years, branching out to practice aesthetic medicine in 2021. She is certified to administer FDA-approved cosmetic products and medical procedures.

She enjoys hands-on procedures and has gained solid experience by performing a variety of trainings from industry leaders including American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Allergan, Galderma, Revance, and IAPAM. She is also passionate about her family and her animals.  She lives on a farm with her husband, three children, horses, goats, chickens, cats and dogs.

Heather takes pride in exceptional and safe patient care and has been in the medical field for 22 years practicing as an RN and Nurse Practitioner.

Allison Pierce, Sciton Certified Laser Technician, brings a unique blend of precision, expertise, and care to her work at Kalamazoo Rejuvenation. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn (2000) and a Master of Science in Education from Walden University (2005), Allison’s journey began in the classroom as a dedicated school teacher. 

Today, she applies her passion for education to helping clients understand and experience the transformative benefits of advanced laser treatments. Whether addressing skin rejuvenation, improving texture, or enhancing overall appearance, Allison loves helping people look and feel their very best. 

Married to her husband Tracy for nearly 20 years, Allison is a proud mom of three. When she’s not helping clients achieve their skincare goals, she enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her commitment to wellness and self-care.
