Heather Rarick
Heather Rarick, RN BSN FNP-BC is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Michigan. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Michigan continuing on to complete a Master's degree from Chamberlain University. Heather has been specializing in Wound and Burn care for 14 years, branching out to practice aesthetic medicine in 2021. She is certified to administer FDA-approved cosmetic products and medical procedures.She enjoys hands-on procedures and has gained solid experience by performing a variety of trainings from industry leaders including American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Allergan, Galderma, Revance, and IAPAM. She is also passionate about animals currently she lives on a farm with her husband, three children, horses, goats, and dogs.
Heather takes pride in exceptional and safe patient care and has been in the medical field for 21 years practicing as an RN and Nurse Practitioner.
Natalie Bailey
Meet Natalie Bailey—a loving mother, former police officer, and licensed esthetician. Balancing a successful career with the joys of motherhood, Natalie's journey is a testament to her passion for skincare and dedication to family.
After serving as a police officer, Natalie redirected her focus to raise her two children, Allison and Jake. Once they reached adulthood, she pursued her love for skincare, earning her certification from the Douglas J. Aveda Institute. Natalie, a Michigan state licensed esthetician, is committed to making her clients feel cared for and beautiful through her expertise in custom facials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels.
